Lumaritho Group Ltd (trading as LGL Ride)
Lumaritho Group Ltd (Company No. 16846525), trading as LGL Ride ("the Operator"), is a Private Hire Operator licensed by Transport for London (Licence No. 11925).
All journeys must be pre-booked. A contract for private hire services is formed only when the Operator accepts and confirms the booking. From that point, Lumaritho Group Ltd assumes full responsibility and liability for the journey.
Drivers are engaged by the Operator to carry out journeys on its behalf and do not enter into a contract with the passenger.
Where bookings are subcontracted to another licensed operator, this is undertaken in accordance with applicable regulations, and the Operator remains responsible for the service.
Fares are agreed at the time of booking or calculated using the Operator's pricing method. Payment is taken in advance via online payment methods.

All charges are confirmed to the passenger at the time of booking where possible and may be applied to the payment method used.
A booking is considered a no-show if the passenger is not present at the agreed pickup time or cannot be contacted. In such cases, the full fare will be charged.
If the passenger is not present after the waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
These charges may be applied to the payment method used for booking.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The Operator accepts no liability for items left in the vehicle. Lost property is handled in accordance with the Operator's Lost Property Procedure.

Complaints may be submitted using the Operator's contact details and will be handled in accordance with the official complaints procedure.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
All personal data is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The Operator reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Operator's website.
